Gillam’s nominated as a finalist in the Sustainable Restaurant Association Awards

Gillam’s is one of five finalists featured in The Independent for the People’s Favourite Award at the Food Made Good Awards run by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Hundreds of nominations were received and Gillam’s are very proud to be a finalist. The Sustainable Restaurant Association says “Now in their fifth year and newly dubbed Food Made Good Awards, we continue to celebrate everything exciting about British restaurateurs, chefs and suppliers doing the extraordinary to make food good – delicious, ethical, sustainable.”

Tea Guild Award of Excellence

Gillam’s have received The Tea Guild Award of Excellence for 2011. The award is considered to be the “Michelin Stars” of the tea world and members receive a certificate of excellence printed in gold foil and beautifully framed which they display proudly and prominently in their establishment.
